dear sisters

This past weekend was Heels Hideaway, which just means that we cram tons of people into beach houses and just hang out for a few days. It's hard to believe that it was one of the last major events that I'll do with Campus Outreach before I graduate and move to Denver. To be clear, a campus ministry cannot save you, sanctify you, or do any of those things that Jesus alone can do, but God chose to work through that ministry to bring me and many others to himself. It is through Campus Outreach that I also experienced life-on-life discipleship and community, which has dramatically impacted my years at UNC. For those reasons I am very thankful for the people who give their lives to seeing college students come to know Christ.

So here's to all of the wonderful ladies at UNC that I've had the pleasure of experiencing Jesus with... You have taught me so very much and I am thankful to call you my friends. I'm praying for what God is and will be doing in your lives, you are part of a much larger picture of God's work at UNC and throughout the world. But don't worry, I'm not saying goodbye quite yet, we'll call this the prelude to the temporary goodbye, because I know I will be seeing all of you again, both in this life and the next. Just know that you are loved and appreciated, dear friends and sisters.

wow... I have some attractive friends!

some of the seniors... love you all so much!

this is unrelated, but i took this photo on the beach and liked it because it says "art" but i'm pretty sure the original graffiti artist meant it to say something else... it's kind of like a collaborative art piece, but that's a stretch
